Our mission

Indotransforma’s mission is to equip underserved youth with future-ready digital and entrepreneurial skills through a structured learn-and-earn model, while supporting MSMEs with affordable, practical training and consulting services. By bridging the gap between young talent and real business needs, we aim to build a sustainable ecosystem where both youth and small businesses can thrive.
